The Mummy Mountain Range in Rocky Mountain National Park is a breathtaking and tranquil area, offering a peaceful and immersive wilderness experience. Located to the north of the park, this range is named after the prominent Mummy Mountain, which towers above at an elevation of 13,423 feet, surrounded by rugged peaks and pristine alpine lakes. ith less traffic than the rest of the park it’s the perfect choice for those seeking solitude and a deeper connection with nature.

You’ll have the opportunity to schedule a personalized 1-on-1 coaching session with your trip leaders, designed to help you establish your intentions and set meaningful goals for the journey ahead.1 Week Prior to Departure
Join us for a group coaching session via Zoom, where we’ll go over pre-trip details and prepare together for the experience.Day 1
We’ll kick off our adventure with a group pick-up from your hotel in Estes Park, CO. From there, we’ll drive together to the trailhead and embark on a scenic 3-mile hike to our first campsite. Once we arrive, we’ll set up camp and settle in for the evening. This day is designed to help you acclimate to the higher elevations, preparing you for the upcoming nights spent camping above 11,000 feet.Day 2
We’ll begin the morning with a rejuvenating session of yoga and meditation, grounding ourselves in the beauty of the mountains. Afterward, we’ll pack up camp and continue our journey towards Lawn Lake. Once we arrive, we’ll set up camp and enjoy a relaxing lunch by the pristine waters, surrounded by the stunning Mummy Mountain Range.Day 3
We’ll start the day with a slow morning, allowing time for intention setting, yoga, and group discussion to center ourselves. Afterward, we'll embark on a day hike to a beautiful alpine lake, where the rugged terrain will lead us through stunning landscapes. For those seeking an extra adventure, there will be an option to climb up to the saddle between two peaks, offering awe-inspiring views and a true test of endurance. Once we reach the lake, we'll take time to reflect and soak in the peaceful surroundings, feeling accomplished by the day’s journey.Day 4
On our final day, we’ll begin with a serene morning of meditation and yoga, allowing time to reflect and connect before we break camp. Afterward, we’ll embark on a rewarding trek back to the trailhead, retracing our steps through the stunning landscape, filled with a sense of accomplishment and gratitude for the journey we've shared. -

Pre-Trip Group Coaching Session (via Zoom): Before we hit the trail, we’ll gather virtually to set powerful intentions for your journey. This session will help you clarify your goals, visualize what you want to achieve, and foster a supportive sense of community among the group.
Daily Coaching Sessions on the Trail: Each morning, we’ll gather to begin the day with a group coaching session, using the power of nature to inspire reflection, growth, and connection. Topics will evolve based on the group’s needs, helping you deepen your self-awareness, release stress, and unlock your full potential.
Guided Wellness: Daily guided meditation and yoga flows to center and rejuvenate you throughout the journey.

Travel to Estes Park, CO: Airfare and transportation to and from Estes Park are not included.
Personal Gear: Clothing, toiletries, and a few additional camping items (a detailed list will be provided).
