We'll backpack to stunning Odessa Lake. Once at camp, our focus shifts from miles to mindfulness, think peaceful mornings by the lake, optional exploring, journaling, intentional conversations, gentle movement, and meaningful connection with an incredible community of women.

Odessa Lake is one of Rocky Mountain National Park's hidden alpine gems, nestled among towering peaks, evergreen forests, and vibrant aspen groves. Sitting at 10,350 feet, this pristine alpine lake offers crystal-clear water, sweeping mountain views, and a peaceful atmosphere that feels worlds away from the busier areas of the park. During the fall, the surrounding landscape comes alive with brilliant shades of gold, making it the perfect destination for those seeking a quiet escape, meaningful connection, and time to slow down, reset, and reconnect with nature.

1 Week Prior to Departure
Join us for a group coaching session via Zoom, where we’ll go over pre-trip details and prepare together for the experience.Day 0 – Gear Prep in Estes Park
The evening before we hit the trail, we’ll gather as a group in Estes Park around 5:00 PM to assign gear. During this important pre-trip meeting, we’ll distribute your gear, shared equipment, and group food, and make sure everyone feels confident and prepared for the adventure ahead. We’ll wrap up with everything packed and ready, so we can start Day 1 feeling organized, supported, and excited for what’s to come.Day 1 - Hike In & Settle
We'll meet in Estes Park before making our way into Rocky Mountain National Park and gathering at the Glacier Gorge Trailhead to begin our adventure. From there, we'll hike approximately 4.5 miles to Odessa Lake, gaining just over 1,800 feet in elevation. After arriving at camp, we'll settle into our home for the next two nights, enjoy a nourishing dinner, and ease into the weekend with introductions, a grounding practice, and time to unwind beside the lake.
Day 2 - Rest, Reset & Reconnect
Wake slowly to coffee by the lake before spending the day exactly as it was intended; unhurried. Enjoy guided coaching, journaling, mindfulness, gentle movement, and meaningful conversations in community. For those wanting a little more adventure, there will be an optional hike to explore farther beyond camp, or simply spend the day soaking in the beauty and stillness of Odessa Lake.
Day 3 - Return Renewed
After a peaceful morning, breakfast, and a closing reflection, we'll pack up camp and hike back to the trailhead. As we make our way through the golden aspens, you'll leave with more than incredible memories, you'll head home feeling grounded, restored, and reconnected to yourself.

Daily Coaching Sessions on the Trail: Each morning, we’ll gather to begin the day with a group coaching session, using the power of nature to inspire reflection, growth, and connection. Topics will evolve based on the group’s needs, helping you deepen your self-awareness, release stress, and unlock your full potential.
Guided Wellness: Daily guided meditation and yoga flows to center and rejuvenate you throughout the journey.

Travel to Estes Park, CO: Airfare and transportation to and from Estes Park are not included.
