Guided by Lauren—an outdoor enthusiast and intentional space holder—this 4-day experience is designed to help women reconnect with nature, themselves, and one another. You’ll hike to alpine lakes, practice yoga under the pines, share stories by the fire, and leave with new friendships, deeper confidence, and a wild spark that stays long after the trail ends.

This tranquil section of the park is home to cascading waterfalls, lush meadows, and magnificent alpine lakes, making it an ideal destination for those seeking a truly immersive wilderness experience.

🌄 Day 0 – Gear Prep in Estes Park
Evening Meetup | 4:00 PM
Gather with your trail sisters in Estes Park for:Gear distribution (group gear, food, etc.)
Final pack shakedown + trail overview
A relaxed evening of connection before we hit the trail
We’ll end the night packed, prepped, and excited for what’s ahead.
🥾 Day 1 – Trailhead to Ouzel Lake
Approx. 5 miles | Moderate Elevation Gain
Morning pickup from your hotel in Estes Park & group shuttle to the trailhead
Hike past waterfalls, wildflowers, and alpine meadows
Arrive at Ouzel Lake and set up basecamp for two nights
Relax, explore, and settle into the rhythm of the wild
Evening camp dinner + opening circle with Lauren under the stars

⛰ Day 2 – Wildhearted Exploration
Morning yoga & meditation by the lake
Group coaching session with Lauren: [insert topic or theme if desired]
Day hike to a nearby alpine lake (no heavy packs!)
Plenty of time for swimming, journaling, laughter, and views
Evening storytelling, and reflection
🌞 Day 3 – Into the Pines & Onward to Alpine Waters
Enjoy breakfast and begin packing up camp
Hike a few miles downhill to our second campsite nestled in a serene lodgepole pine forest
Set up camp for our final night under the stars
Afterwards, we’ll lace up our boots and head out with light day packs on a scenic ~6-mile roundtrip hike to another stunning alpine lake
Expect big views, flowing creeks, and a feeling of spaciousness only the high country can offer
Return to camp for a cozy final evening—think good food, big laughs, and a closing ceremony

🌅 Day 4 – Return & Integration
A slow, peaceful final morning in the forest
Optional sunrise meditation or journaling
Coffee, breakfast, and time to soak in your last moments of camp life
Pack up and hike the final stretch back to the trailhead
Celebrate with your crew and close the circle with Lauren
Return to Estes Park with full hearts, new friendships, and a renewed sense of wildness

Personal Gear: Clothing, toiletries, and a few additional camping items (a detailed list will be provided).
