Join us for a women’s hike meet-up on the Chavez & Beaver Brook Trail in Genesee Park, just outside Golden. This scenic 5.1-mile loop winds through shaded forest, crosses bubbling creeks, and offers a peaceful escape from the city - perfect for grounding, laughter, and meeting new trail friends.
Whether you’re craving time in nature, sisterhood, or a feel-good Galentine’s ritual, this hike is for women who love the outdoors and connection through adventure.

What to Expect
We’ll gather at the trailhead at 10:00 AM for quick introductions and a brief gear check, then head out together once everyone’s ready. Expect 3–3.5 hours on trail, with plenty of breaks for water, views, and photo ops.
What to Bring
Sturdy hiking boots or trail runners
Microspikes (highly recommended for icy or shaded sections)
Backpack
Layers (base layer, warm jacket, gloves, hat)
Trekking poles (optional but helpful)
Water (1.5–2 liters) + snacks

We hike rain, snow, or shine - unless conditions are unsafe. Weather in Colorado can be unpredictable, so please come prepared for trail conditions.
