We will start our hike on the East side of the park in Grand Lake and over the course of 5 days we will make our way up and over the Continental Divide and end on the West side in Estes Park.

1 Week Prior to Departure
Join us for a group coaching session via Zoom, where we’ll go over pre-trip details and prepare together for the experience.Day 0 – Gear Prep in Estes Park
The evening before we hit the trail, we’ll gather as a group in Estes Park around 5:00 PM to assign gear. During this important pre-trip meeting, we’ll distribute your gear, shared equipment, and group food, and make sure everyone feels confident and prepared for the adventure ahead. We’ll wrap up with everything packed and ready, so we can start Day 1 feeling organized, supported, and excited for what’s to come.Day 1: Arrival & First Hike (Difficulty: Moderate)
Your adventure begins with a pick-up from your hotel in Estes Park, CO. We’ll make our way over the iconic Trail Ridge Road, offering jaw-dropping panoramic views as we head toward the North Inlet Trailhead in Grand Lake. Today’s hike will cover just under 5 miles, giving us time to settle into our first camp, nestled in a stunning, remote area of the park. It’s a relaxed start, setting the tone for the days ahead.Day 2: Move to a New Camp (Difficulty: Moderate)
After a restful night under the stars, we’ll pack up camp and hike 4.5 miles to our next breathtaking campsite. Each day, you’ll be surrounded by towering peaks, lush meadows, and pristine wilderness as we make our way through some of the most beautiful terrain in the park.Day 3: Conquer the Continental Divide (Difficulty: Hard)
Today is the most challenging of the trip, as we tackle the Continental Divide. The hike covers just under 9 miles and will require physical and mental endurance. As we ascend, you’ll be rewarded with sweeping mountain vistas and the exhilaration of crossing one of the most iconic landmarks in the Rockies. The 12,324ft summit will be an unforgettable highlight, but we’ll end the day with a well-earned rest at our next campsite.Day 4: Alpine Lake Relaxation (Difficulty: Easy)
After three days of intense hiking, we’re taking it easy today with a short under 2 mile hike to our final camp. Nestled near an Alpine lake, this will be your chance to unwind, explore, and soak in the serene beauty of the mountains. With a full day to enjoy our surroundings, you can take a peaceful stroll around the lake, practice mindfulness, or simply relax in nature’s embrace.Day 5: Final Hike to Fern Lake Trailhead (Difficulty: Moderate)
After a delicious, hearty breakfast, we’ll pack up camp for the last time and hike out to the Fern Lake Trailhead. This final journey takes us through some stunning, varied landscapes, providing one last chance to take in the park’s majestic beauty before we say goodbye. -

Pre-Trip Group Coaching Session (via Zoom): Before we hit the trail, we’ll gather virtually to set powerful intentions for your journey. This session will help you clarify your goals, visualize what you want to achieve, and foster a supportive sense of community among the group.
Daily Coaching Sessions on the Trail: Each morning, we’ll gather to begin the day with a group coaching session, using the power of nature to inspire reflection, growth, and connection. Topics will evolve based on the group’s needs, helping you deepen your self-awareness, release stress, and unlock your full potential.
Guided Wellness: Daily guided meditation and yoga flows to center and rejuvenate you throughout the journey.

Personal Gear: Clothing, toiletries, and a few additional camping items (a detailed list will be provided).
